2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or registering for a Programme, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for any Programme. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under Malaysian law.
3. Description of Services
Duittra provides general financial education for freelancers and independent workers in Malaysia. Our Programmes cover topics including cash flow planning, income smoothing, buffer building, and record-keeping for variable-income earners.
All content provided is general educational information only. Nothing in our Programmes constitutes regulated financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Duittra is not a licensed financial adviser. Participants should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to their individual circumstances.
Programmes are delivered primarily in English. Availability of specific sessions is subject to scheduling and minimum participant requirements, which we communicate clearly before registration.
4. Enrolment and Registration
To register for a Programme, you must submit an enquiry via our website or contact us directly. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (or agreed payment arrangement) and written confirmation from Duittra.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information. Inaccurate information may affect our ability to deliver the Programme or communicate with you effectively.
5. Payment Terms
Programme fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Prices are as published at the time of enquiry and subject to change before registration is confirmed.
- Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and other methods communicated at the point of registration
- Full payment is required before the Programme begins unless a split payment arrangement has been agreed in writing
- Payment arrangements for the five-week course and the full programme are available on request and must be agreed before registration is confirmed
Refund policy
If you need to withdraw from a Programme before it begins, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on how much notice is given and the nature of the Programme. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and communicate our decision in writing within 7 working days of your request. Once a Programme has begun, no refund is available for sessions already delivered.
6. Participant Conduct
We ask all participants to engage respectfully with our educators and with other participants, particularly in peer circle settings. The following are not permitted:
- Recording sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent from Duittra
- Sharing or distributing programme materials to non-participants
- Disruptive conduct that impairs the learning environment for others
- Using session settings to solicit commercial products or services from other participants
We reserve the right to remove a participant from a session if conduct is disruptive. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the session concerned.
7. Intellectual Property
All Content provided during our Programmes — including worksheets, templates, handbooks, slides, and written materials — remains the intellectual property of Duittra unless otherwise stated.
Participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the Content for their own financial planning and learning purposes. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, or commercialise any Content without our prior written consent.
8. Education Disclaimer
Duittra's Programmes are designed to provide general information and practical frameworks for managing personal cash flow as a freelancer. The following applies to all Programmes without exception:
- Content is educational in nature and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
- Duittra makes no representations regarding the suitability of any framework or tool for your specific financial situation
- Participants are solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of information received in a Programme
- No specific financial outcome is implied or suggested by any Programme description
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Duittra's liability to any Participant shall not exceed the amount paid by that Participant for the Programme in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in a Programme or use of our website, including but not limited to financial decisions made on the basis of educational content.
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, infrastructure failures, or public health disruptions that prevent Programme delivery. In such cases, we will endeavour to reschedule at no additional cost.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Duittra, its educators, and its staff from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your conduct during a Programme, or your use of Content in a manner not permitted by this Agreement.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a registration agreement by providing written notice. If Duittra terminates your registration for reasons other than misconduct, we will refund fees proportionate to undelivered sessions. If you withdraw after a Programme has begun, our refund policy applies as described in section 5.
Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Education Disclaimer), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 10 (Indemnification) survive termination of this Agreement.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be referred to mediation under the Mediation Act 2012 (Malaysia) before any court proceedings are initiated.
The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved through the above process.
13. General Provisions

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
