Our Programmes
Three programmes, one clear purpose
Every programme at Duittra is built around the same idea: give freelancers and independent workers the information and tools they need to manage variable income with clarity. Choose the level that fits where you are now.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
Earn · Buffer · Plan
Every Duittra programme follows the natural rhythm of freelance income. Rather than forcing a monthly budget onto an income that doesn't arrive monthly, we start with how money actually comes in and build planning frameworks around that reality.
The approach has three parts: understanding what you earn and when, building a buffer to bridge slower periods, and planning across the full income cycle rather than just the current month. Each programme covers these three stages at a different depth.
All sessions are educational in nature. Duittra does not provide regulated financial planning or investment advisory services. Participants receive information, frameworks, and tools — the decisions remain theirs.
Earn — understand your income pattern
Map when income arrives, how it varies, and what drives the highs and lows across a typical year.
Buffer — build a cushion for quiet months
Use the buffer-planning worksheet to calculate how much to set aside and how to replenish it after it's used.
Plan — organise spending and records across the cycle
Apply seasonal budgeting and record-keeping practices that work with irregular income rather than against it.
Programme 01
Freelancer Cash Flow Basics Session
A focused, practical session on the core mechanics of managing irregular income. Designed for freelancers and gig workers who are new to thinking structurally about variable pay — or who want a clear starting point after a period of ad hoc management.
The session covers income smoothing (spreading uneven income across a longer planning window), building a simple buffer, and setting up a tracking template suited to project-based work. Participants leave with a completed worksheet and a template ready to apply to their own numbers.
What's covered:
- Understanding income smoothing and why it matters for variable pay
- Calculating a practical buffer for your income level and expense pattern
- Setting up a simple tracking template for project-based income
- Planning for a coming quiet month using the buffer-planning worksheet
Programme 02
Irregular Income Skills Course (5 weeks)
A five-week course that builds across the full earn–buffer–plan cycle. Each week focuses on a specific area of cash flow management, building depth through a combination of live sessions, editable tools, and a peer circle of other freelancers working through the same material.
The course covers income smoothing in detail, how to separate business and personal money when both flow through the same account, and how to maintain clear records across months that look very different from each other. The peer circle meets weekly and continues for the duration of the course.
What's covered across 5 weeks:
- Week 1: Mapping your income pattern and identifying variability drivers
- Week 2: Income smoothing methods suited to project-based work
- Week 3: Separating business and personal money — practical approaches
- Week 4: Record-keeping systems for variable-month income
- Week 5: Seasonal planning and review — putting it all together
Programme 03
Complete Freelancer Finance Education Programme
The most thorough grounding Duittra offers. A comprehensive programme that blends workshops and self-paced modules, covering cash-flow planning, seasonal budgeting, and record-keeping for independent workers. It includes a printed handbook, a full toolkit of editable resources, and three months of group support after the main programme ends.
This programme is well-suited to freelancers who want to develop a consistent, reliable approach to managing their money — not just understand the concepts, but build habits and systems they can maintain independently. The three-month group support period provides a space to work through questions that come up after the formal sessions end.
What's included:
- Workshops covering cash-flow planning, seasonal budgeting, and record-keeping
- Self-paced modules to work through at your own schedule
- Printed handbook for offline reference and annotation
- Full editable toolkit (worksheets, templates, planning guides)
